Just curious whether the Volatility 2.0.1 branch is a bugfix for the
stable 2.0 branch, or is it something else entirely?

Hiya Roman,
It is supposed to be a bugfix branch for 2.0, but unfortunately many
core changes were made before any bugs came up, and we didn't manage to
backport many of them, so 2.0.1 and the 2.0 release are pretty much
identical. Hope that helps?
